Senator and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce discussed Sinema’s bipartisan infrastructure law and further economic opportunities for Arizona
WASHINGTON – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema held a virtual discussion with the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to discuss her bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs law and its impact for Arizona’s Hispanic-owned businesses.
“I’m proud to count on the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as a partner to fuel economic growth and expand opportunity for Hispanic-owned businesses and communities across our state,” said Sinema, a member of the Senate Commerce and Banking Committees.
Sinema highlighted how the direct investments included in her bipartisan infrastructure law will positively impact communities across Arizona, including Hispanic-owned businesses. In a major win for Arizona, Sinema’s work in writing, negotiating, and successfully getting her bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs signed into law, will ensure Arizona’s economy thrives in the years ahead. With projects already on the way, Sinema’s bipartisan infrastructure law makes historic investments to strengthen broadband, airports, wildfire mitigation, water systems and drought resilience, electricity and power grids, natural resources and energy production, and Land Ports of Entry – all without raising taxes on everyday Arizonans.
Last week, Sinema met with the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to discuss growing economic opportunities in Arizona.
