Each year ahead of Thanksgiving, Sinema volunteers to serve Arizonans in need

PHOENIX – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema today distributed Thanksgiving meals to Arizona families with St. Mary’s Food Bank. Every year ahead of Thanksgiving Day, Sinema joins an Arizona non-profit to serve Arizonans.

“For over 50 years, St. Mary’s Food Bank has served people in need, feeding Arizonans experiencing hunger, and I’m thankful — and honored — to join St. Mary’s today and give back to our community.”

Founded in Phoenix in 1967, St. Mary’s Food Bank is the world’s first food bank and is one of the largest food banks in the United States.
