TUCSON – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema spoke at the League of Arizona Cities and Towns Conference where she provided an update on her work in the Senate and pledged to continue to work with anyone to get things done for Arizonans.
“It is an honor to serve Arizona in the Senate. By working with local leaders from across the state, and teaming up with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle, we are able to provide for our servicemembers and veterans, support Arizona job creators, and secure our water future,” said Sinema.
Sinema spoke to the League of Arizona Cities and Towns earlier this year when the League’s members traveled to Washington. In her remarks, Sinema discussed the work she is doing for Arizona’s veterans and servicemembers, her efforts to secure the border and ensure migrants are treated fairly and humanely, her work securing Arizona’s water supply, and her bipartisan efforts on a paid parental leave proposal.
