Laser-Focused on Delivering Results for Local Communities, Sinema Hears from Lake Havasu City Residents about Challenges and Opportunities

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema met with community members and local leaders in Lake Havasu City to discuss how they can work together to deliver solutions to the challenges facing Lake Havasu and continue building opportunities for the community.

“We make meaningful progress on the issues that matter most by bringing folks together, listening, and staying laser-focused on solutions. From making housing and health care more affordable and accessible to strengthening our state’s water supply, we’ll keep working directly with Arizonans in Lake Havasu City and across our state to help everyday folks build better lives for themselves and their families,” said Sinema. 

The Senator underscored her role in securing $4 billion in drought resilience and water infrastructure to combat historic drought conditions in Arizona and across the American West – which is of particular importance to Lake Havasu City. Sinema continues to meet with Arizonans and her-Water Advisory Council to implement the funds helping secure the West’s water future.
