FY25 NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT REQUESTS

Every year, it is my privilege to submit requests for Arizonans and Arizona-connected organizations for inclusion in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). NDAA requests are designed to identify critical activities, programs, and projects that strengthen our national security and direct or encourage an Agency or Department within the Department of Defense to carry out an action.

If you would like to submit a request for consideration for inclusion in the FY25 NDAA, the link below will direct you to the form used for submitting requests, along with the relevant deadlines.

Please note our deadline is March 5, 2024, 11:59 pm MST.

Please complete the form as accurately and completely as possible. If necessary, my staff will reach out to coordinate any updates to your request upon the release of the President’s Budget. We will ensure your request is properly received and processed. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that your request will be considered by the relevant committee, nor does it guarantee that your request will be included in final legislation.

This website is not intended for the submission of any nondefense-related programmatic requests or congressionally directed spending requests. The invitation for those type of requests will be announced separately based on Senate Appropriations Committee timelines.
