Senator Sinema Introduces A Bill In The U.S. Senate To Help Flagstaff’s Transportation System

Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema has introduced a bill in the U.S. Senate that would benefit Flagstaff’s transportation system. Sinema’s bipartisan bill the “Small Community Transit Improvement Act” would increase the amount of federal funding for public transportation in Flagstaff by $650-thousand. Sinema said “investing in Flagstaff’s public transportation system will create jobs and expand opportunities for the city.” She adds: “I’ll keep partnering with Arizona communities to support critical infrastructure investments.”
