PHOENIX – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema toured BAE Systems in Phoenix and participated in an employee town hall, emphasizing her commitment to supporting Arizona businesses and protecting the vital role Arizona plays in our national defense.
“We must protect the vital role Arizona plays in our national defense. I pledge to work closely with the dedicated and hardworking employees at BAE to keep our country safe,” said Sinema.
“BAE Systems is honored to have Senator Sinema visit our site in Phoenix, to see our capabilities and meet with our employees,” said Mike McDermott, BAE Systems program director and site lead. “Our team is proud to share with Senator Sinema all of the work we do to provide protection systems equipment to the military.”
BAE Systems is a global defense, aerospace, and security company that produces protective systems like body armor, ballistic seats for various aircraft and Army and Marine combat vehicles, flotation devices, and more.
